2. Scope and acceptance of the general conditions of sale

4. Availability of products

Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limit of the available stocks. 5. Order procedure

5.1. Selection of products

5.3. Order Validation

Once completed, your order is transmitted to BÕ.ALMA for processing.
BÕ.ALMA reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for an earlier order, or if BÕ.ALMA reasonably believes that this customer has breached the present general Conditions or that he has engaged in a Fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.

5.3.3. Order Confirmation

A summary of your order will then be sent to you by email. The acknowledgement of receipt shall include the total amount of the order, the information on the cost and the delivery time, the essential characteristics, the quantity and the price of the products purchased.

6. Price-accepted means of payment

All orders are payable in Euros and must be paid immediately at the time of the award of your order. In case of unavailability of certain products ordered (see article 4 “Availability of products”), only the price and the transport costs relating to the products available will be charged.

6.2. Accepted means of payment

The ordered products remain the property of BÕ.ALMA until the full collection of the prize by BÕ.ALMA.

8. Terms of delivery

8.1. Delivery area

Delivery means the physical delivery of the product to the customer (the ” Delivery »).

8.2. Transportation costs

9. Delivery problems

BÕ.ALMA will then be required to reimburse you all the sums paid, no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of denunciation of the contract of sale. 10. Right of withdrawal-returns and refunds

10.1. Right and time for withdrawal

11. Return and reimbursement terms and conditions

11.1. Return procedure

As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original packaging (with the pouch and the postcard), in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene label and accompanied by their Purchase invoice or a copy in the event of a partial return.

11.2. Refund

12. Legal guarantees

The products sold by BÕ.ALMA are subject to the conditions of legal guarantees provided for in articles L. 211-4 to L. 211-13 of the consumer code and by articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code, excluding all other warranties:
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
BÕ.ALMA will deliver to you a product conforming to the contract and free from defects of conformity when the product is delivered, in the sense that the product will be specific to the usual use of a similar property and will present the characteristics presented On sale. This warranty will only be provided if you make the application within two (2) years from the date of the discovery of the defect.

Force Majeure

In the event of an event of force majeure preventing the execution of these general Conditions of sale, BÕ.ALMA shall inform the customer within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of this event, by e-mail or by letter Recommended with acknowledgement of receipt. 13. Limitation of liability

In no event shall BÕ.ALMA’s liability be liable for any damage that would not result from BÕ.ALMA ‘s failure to fulfil any of its obligations.

14. Miscellaneous provisions

If one or more stipulations of the present general Conditions of sale are held for invalid or declared as such pursuant to an Act, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other Stipulations will keep all their strength and reach.
No tolerance, inaction or inertia of BÕ.ALMA may be construed as waiver of its rights under the terms of the general terms of sale.

15. Applicable law-Litigation

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. However, in accordance with Regulation EC 593/2008 of 17 June 2008, the present general Conditions of sale do not impede the respect by BÕ.ALMA of a provision more favourable to the customer and to which it cannot be waived by agreement, under the law where The Client has his usual residence.
In the event of a dispute relating to the execution of an order, you have the possibility of using a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative mode procedure for settling disputes.
